1:30-2:15pm- The Art of Asking Questions and Active Listening: Ryan Cleveland
One of the hardest things to do when it comes to sharing the Gospel with someone is knowing where to begin the conversation. In order to do that well, you need to first ask questions to find out where someone is at in their spiritual journey towards Jesus. In this workshop, we will look at practical ways on how to combine asking the right questions and using active listening in ways that would lead to Spirit-led Gospel Conversations.
2:30-3:15pm- Gospel Conversations: Ryan Cleveland
In this workshop we will explore how to communicate a clear gospel message in simple and meaningful ways. First, we will look at how to communicate the story of how you came to Christ in such a way that people would not only know what happened when you came to Christ, but how they can come to Christ too. Second, we will walk through how to utilize a few simple tools to help share the gospel and lead people to a point of decision.
3:30-4:15- Building Relationships With Your Neighbors: Diana Cleveland
Want to make an impact for Christ in the lives of your friends and neighbors? In this workshop we will discuss principles that will help you better with others in ways that will open up opportunities for the Gospel. We will also address how to develop effective evangelistic strategies to connect to the hearts of the people you are trying to share Christ with, and how you can leverage simple hospitality to create Gospel community. This will be a practical how-to workshop.
3:30-4:15– Marketplace Theology: Does God Belong at Work?: Joshua Parriera
We are all called to be missionaries, right? But how does that work in the real world? Not everybody is called to go overseas but we are all called to go across the street. You will come in contact with people today that will most likely never step foot into a church. How will they get to see how amazing Jesus is, unless we live it out and teach them about Him? Your workplace, school and sphere of influence is your mission field. Will you accept the calling of being a missionary everywhere you go? Join me on this journey…
