Bellingham, Washington – Philip T. Wegener, Sr., age 95, of Bellingham passed away quietly at home Thursday, November 18, 2021. He was a teacher and served as the Principal of the Bellingham Christian School for 28 years. Phil also worked part-time as an Immigration Officer at the U.S. Border for 21 years. There will be a memorial service and reception at Immanuel Bible Church, 2000 W. North St., Bellingham, WA 98225 on Friday, January 14, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.
