Outreach Ministry 

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations …” (Matthew 28:19)

Jesus came to seek and save that which is lost.  He has called us to the same. The gospel is the good news that Jesus offers to redeem us from our sin. Here at Immanuel we take seriously this message the Lord has entrusted to us. The Outreach Ministry exists to equip our people to share the hope of Christ to their loved ones, coworkers, and friends, as well as to our neighbors and community.

Immanuel hosts a variety of outreach events throughout year. Some events include going door to door in our Columbia neighborhood where we offer to pray, share Scripture, or proclaim the gospel message. We venture downtown, coordinate clothing drives, or an assortment of other events. Whatever the event, whether conducted in word or in deed, we seek to bring God glory.

Who attends? 

We encourage all members and regular attenders of Immanuel Bible Church to participate in outreach ministry. God has called all who are His to go and preach the good news (Romans 10:15).  Whether you are new or have experience in outreach and evangelism, we offer training and a wide variety of events to encourage and strengthen you in this faithful commission.
